The Irvine Meadow Chairman will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of Irvine Meadows Equality Policy.

He will have overall responsibility for overseeing the delivery of any Equality Actions and the overall progress of Equality  within the clubs structures.

The Irvine Meadow Board and Chairman are publicly accountable for Equality and will receive updates on Irvine Meadow activities and for the implementation of the Equality Policy and must address any actual or potential breaches of the Policy.
